Ginga Tūrubi Collection, The Collector’s Preview
Last Friday evening, we gathered with a small group of Hitori friends at Sushi Dorobō in Bugis for something we had never really done before. There were only ten guests around the table. Some had been following Hitori for quite some time, while others had only recently found us. The idea was deliberately simple. A quiet omakase dinner, some watches on the table, and the opportunity to share Ginga Tūrubi properly before its release. No large presentation or formal programme. J
